•CANCELLATION• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please make sure it is done at LEAST 24 hours before your apppintment time. The fee for any no shows or last minute cancellations is 100% of your service cost. •LATE POLICY• A maximum of 7 minutes is allowed for appointments. If you are running late, please let me know via text. Your appointment begins at the time booked and will not be extended. You will be charged for the full service for late/no show. •NO EXCEPTIONS RULE• We must adopt a NO exceptions stance to our cancellation policy so we URGE you to refrain from booking with Ashley C. Aesthetics if you do not agree and honor our policies that keep our business open and make services possible to offer. •NO GUEST POLICY • Unfortunately due to many instances, we area no guest policy. If you decide to come with someone, they can wait outside of the building in the patio resting area. This means that regardless of your circumstance, you agree to take full liability for the time you book with us and are responsible for paying the full service cost or finding someone else to take your appointment for an equivalent service.
